Cancelling an order, returning or exchanging a product

- We cannot accept any cancellations of orders, returns, or exchanges due to customer reasons. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・Returns and exchanges for products purchased outside of this site are not accepted.
・In the event that a product different from the one you ordered or a defective product is delivered, we will respond with an exchange. (Please send it back within 7 days after arrival, with shipping costs to be paid on delivery.)
However, please be aware that if there is no exchange stock available, we may process a refund instead.

• Regarding the product images, we have tried to photograph them as close to the actual product as possible, but due to the lighting conditions at the time of shooting and the monitor you are viewing, there may be slight differences in color between the images and the actual product.

・Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases.

Delivery is only available within Japan.
We will ship your order within 3 days after receiving it (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
The estimated shipping time for pre-order items is listed on the product detail page, so please check it before placing your order.
However, please understand that delivery may be delayed during times of high order volume or around public holidays.
If you specify a delivery date, please request it within 5 to 12 days from the time of your order.
