渋田 薫
音楽を視覚表現する画家・インスタレーション作家。

1980年北海道生まれ。香川県在住。2000年にPan Make-up School、2003年にKanebo Make-up Institute 卒業。北海道の大自然で育つ。絵画作家でありながら音に関心を抱き、音が色や形となって現れる様子を元に即興的かつ共感覚的に描いている。

これまでにバルセロナ芸術センターEspronceda、サンタモニカ美術館(CASM)、ロシア国立現代アートセンター(NCCA)、ART:1 NEW MUSEUM(ジャカルタ)、European Cultural Center (ヴェネツィア)、Elisabeth Jonee Art Center(ポートランド）、高松市塩江美術館などで発表を行う。

Graduated from the Fine Art Department at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree.
The soul that resides in all things, capturing the universal light that exists within from a unique perspective, continues to transcend the boundaries of photography and is active in various fields.

• Served as underwater cinematographer for director Naomi Kawase's film "The Second Window".
